Refund policy
To start a return, you can contact us at support@shopbetterlash.com within 30 days of receiving the product. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

As a gentle reminder, please make sure you apply your products as per the instructions, otherwise you won’t achieve the results you are after. Most of our products take 4 to 8 weeks to start working with best results seen after 12 weeks.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item in order for us to promptly make things right.
Exchanges
The easiest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the initial purchase. Once your returned original purchase is accepted, you will be able to make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please note it may take up to 3-5 business days for the refund to be posted.
